REFUND POLICY AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
OVERVIEW
At MC DIGITAL BUSINESS LLC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products (Digital Goods / Infoproducts), we do not offer physical returns. However, we provide a satisfaction guarantee to ensure your purchase is risk-free.
1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND INFOPRODUCTS
Unlike physical goods, digital products (Ebooks, Courses, Guides, Templates) cannot be “returned” once they have been downloaded or accessed. Therefore, our refund policy operates under the concept of a Satisfaction Guarantee.
2. GUARANTEE PERIOD
We offer a [7]-day guarantee period from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the content of the digital product you purchased, you may request a full refund within this period.
(Note: If [7] days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.)
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To complete your refund request, you do not need to send anything by mail. Simply follow these steps:

In the subject line, write: “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.

In the body of the message, briefly explain the reason for your dissatisfaction (this helps us improve our products, but it is not mandatory to process the refund if you are within the guarantee period).
4. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we receive your request and verify that it falls within the guarantee period:

You will be notified by email of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that your access to the digital product (members area or download links) will be immediately revoked after the refund is issued.
5. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received an approved refund:

First, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time (usually 5 to 10 business days) before your refund is officially posted.

6. EXCEPTIONS

Consulting/Mentoring Services: If the purchased product includes personalized services (such as coaching calls or 1-on-1 consulting) that have already been delivered, that portion of the cost is non-refundable.

Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who abuse our policy (for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding multiple products).
